Membership Agreement
I/we hereby make application for membership in the Mechanical Contractors Association of British Columbia (“MCABC”) and agree to each of the following:
- i. To abide by MCABC’s constitution and by-laws and to cooperate with MCABC in all of its aims and objectives to strengthen the mechanical construction industry;
- ii. That my company who is applying for membership in MCABC now has, and will at all times while a member of MCABC maintain, general liability insurance in relation to its business with a policy limit of not less than $2 million per occurrence; and
- iii. that my company who is applying for membership in MCABC is now,and will at all times while a member of MCABC be, in good standing with WorkSafeBC
