Whistler offers many family activities and options for childcare, but these won’t be organized by MCABC, as we are allocating our resources to the areas that deliver the greatest value to all members.

Check out our Things To Do in Whistler page for activity ideas that you may want to book, as well as a link to Tourism Whistler’s summer activity guide.

Some sponsorship levels receive a complimentary Full Delegate Pass, and eligible Student Members receive a discounted rate. Email info@mcabc.org to request your special rate code.

Student Memberships are available to those who are enrolled in a mechanical-related education program, pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program at an accredited institution. The conference is taking place at the Four Seasons Resort, Whistler. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be near all the conference activities! The venue is located in the Upper Village.

We are happy to have secured an excellent discounted room rate for attendees. Resort and Superior rooms are $395/night and Deluxe Rooms are $435/night, plus applicable taxes and resort fees.

Upon purchasing your pass you will receive an email with a promo code.

Rooms are sold on a first come, first serve basis and there is limited availability, so you should book as soon as possible to secure your stay. The code is valid until May 12th, 2023, but it doesn’t guarantee room availability.

Parking at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler is valet only.

Please note, that overnight parking is permitted in Day Lots 1 to 5 with a maximum stay of 24 hours.
