Reporting to the MCABC Board of Directors, the NextGen Board represents the next generation of leaders in B.C.’s mechanical contracting industry. Its mandate is to support MCABC’s strategic pillars by making recommendations to the Board of Directors, identifying and advancing professional development opportunities for emerging industry leaders, and promoting careers in our industry to youth and other groups.

The NextGen Board offers hands-on exposure to formal governance structures, strategic planning, and decision-making – all while building relationships with peers and senior leaders across the industry.  For those seeking to accelerate their development, the NextGen Board provides a direct line of sight to MCABC leadership and offers meaningful preparation for future leadership roles.

Positions are open to both field and office staff and all MCABC member categories.**
