Kelowna, B.C.The 2026 MCABC OK Tee-Off brought a bold western twist to the Black Mountain Golf Club course—setting the tone for a day defined by a strong turnout, standout team spirit, and a level of energy that carried from arrival through to the final awards.

Before we get into the highlights, a big shoutout to our sponsors. From on-course activations to post-round experiences, your support made this event what it was.

From the moment attendees arrived, it was clear teams came ready to commit. The Walk of Western Fame turned heads, with groups showing up in coordinated western looks that set the tone for the day. It wasn’t about playing it safe—it was about showing up, standing out, and having some fun with it.

The opening festivities kept things moving. “Cowboy Jake” demonstrated how to lasso, with attendee attempts resulting in varying levels of success, while others leaned into the theme with Wanted-style team photos. Add in a cowboy cookout, and the energy carried seamlessly into the start of play.

Out on the course, the energy only built. Sponsors kept teams engaged between swings with a lineup of interactive challenges and crowd-pleasing stops—from putting contests at Vancouver Mechanical Supply to fresh-off-the-grill sausages from Wilson M. Beck, while Kal-West kept things cool with slushies.

Back at the clubhouse, the Fortify Wellness Recovery Zone stole the show.

As the day wrapped, everyone sat down to a well-earned steak dinner before awards and prizes closed things out. One of the standout items up for grabs? A custom MCABC golf hat complete with ball marker—already earning its spot as a must-win piece of swag.
