MCABC’s final event of the year in the Okanagan sure lived up to its name – cozy, casual, and full of cheer!
A lively crew joined us at Red Bird Brewing in Kelowna for an afternoon of tasty brews, delicious pizza, and good times.
The crowd included members and non-members, partners and sponsors, the MCABC Board and staff, and a special guest: Kelowna City Councillor Maxine DeHart!
There was top-notch conversation and banter all-round, ranging from talking shop to talking tactics for the upcoming Bonspiel tournament on February 6th to 8th – more on that below!
Some folks took full advantage of the opportunity to connect with their industry peers, staying late into the evening, cozied up by the fire pits, sharing insights and stories and laughs.
Congratulations to our door prize winners, Angela Bastian from Trane Canada and Usman Hussain from J&S Sales BC! Angela and Usman each walked away with a ‘Best of Kelowna’ gift basket packed with local goodies including wine, beer, and chocolate.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our lucky draw in support of Ending Violence BC (EVA BC). Together we raised an impressive amount for this meaningful cause. Noble BC kindly donated the prize of club seats to an upcoming Canucks game, and Trent Novakowski from Genesis Building Controls was the lucky winner.
