The NextGen Board powered MCABC’s participation at this year’s Skills Canada BC in Abbotsford. Amid a busy day of skilled trades competitions and youth engagement, we caught up with Scott Kenward as part of our ongoing Three Questions, Three Answers series.

Scott is Chair of the NextGen Board and a Senior Project Manager at Trotter & Morton Building Technologies. In this episode, he shares what matters most to him about the NextGen’s work, the value he’s gained from being involved, and what he’s most proud of during his time at the helm.

Watch the full video to hear Scott’s perspective, and keep an eye out for more conversations in our Three Questions, Three Answers series. If you’re interested in taking part, please reach out to Conor at cdunne@mcabc.org.
