MCABC proudly presents the exclusive Gold Seal Accredited Project Management Program.
Project Management skills are key to the success of your business and will improve your bottom line. This program is designed to equip you with the tools to master it! Upon completion, you can earn 70 Professional Development Units (PMP Certification) & 15 Gold Seal Credits.
The program takes place over a 10-day period and is divided into two separate 5-day sessions:
Week 1: March 11-15, 2024 from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 2: April 15-19, 2024 from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What’s unique about this course is that over the 10-day period, you will be introduced to 9 different instructors — each of them experts in their field of knowledge.

Understanding and Resolving Conflicts
Conflict is a given. It occurs daily to everyone.
However, understanding when and why conflict occurs will help participants lose their fear of conflict and teach them how to solve it. Through lecture and role play, topics explored are:
• Identify and understand your own conflict management style
• Learn conflict management strategies and the appropriate use of each strategy
• What are the most important qualities one can develop when managing conflict

Safety – The Field Leader’s Critical Role
Field Leaders have perhaps the most influential role in creating and maintaining a company’s safety culture. This seminar will:

· Explore how Field Leaders’ behavior and attitude impact safety.
